Wait, what? Year 2…already?! Where did it go? Looking back of the second year of Homestead Dreamer, it went really fast but there sure was a lot that happened! I shared my best articles from Year 1 (with backstory about the site included) and figured it would be a good tradition to start – just in case people missed some of the really good stuff.
In the last year, I published Book 2 of the Jimmy Walker series, taught a couple canning and pickling classes (and loved it!), we bought a duplex, fixed it up and moved, I was featured in PREPARE Magazine, did numerous podcast and blog interviews, plus the gardening and canning, hunting and fishing. Whew! On top of all that, I celebrated 5 years total with Mr. Dreamer. In all, it was a pretty good year, even with the sadness right at the end. Thank you again to the thousands of you who sent messages and emails about the loss of my Dad. It helped me get through it (and still does) more than I can express in simple text.
These articles had the most shares and/or comments, the most pins, retweets, and general views on the site.
